Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within India. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee of ₹250.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via our premium courier partners (DHL, FedEx). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by their respective countries.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Orders requiring custom stitching, blouse tailoring, or fall/picot services will require an additional 5-7 business days for processing before they are shipped.

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-stitched blouses and tailored garments.
• Sarees with fall and picot services already applied.
• Sale or clearance items (marked as Final Sale).
• Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select "Request Return." Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at support@mahaastore.com with your order number. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (available for domestic orders only) or provide you with the return shipping address.
