We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges are calculated based on your total order value:

  • Orders below ₹2000: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

  • Orders of ₹2000 and above: We offer FREE SHIPPING!

2. Payment Methods

Please note that we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway at checkout. This helps us process your orders faster and more efficiently.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery times depend entirely on our courier partners. While most orders reach within 5-7 business days, the exact number of days is subject to the carrier's schedule and your location.

4. Delays & Accuracy of Information

We want your package to reach you smoothly. To avoid issues:

  • Correct Address: Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are 100% accurate.

  • Impact of Errors: In case of a wrong address or missing information provided by the customer, further delays may occur. Mahaastore is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

  • External Factors: Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the delivery partner, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey via the courier's website.
